I believe that working with the whole person - body, mind, spirit- is essential for finding stability and peace. The ideal client for my practice is someone wanting a more natural, holistic and functional medicine approach to mental health. Improving brain health is foundational to processing the past, learning and accessing coping skills. In our work together we will discuss the role of metabolic health and underlying conditions to mental health symptoms, and will rely on cognitive, behavioral, somatic and relational therapies to facilitate mental health support and healing.
