I am a licensed clinical social worker with twenty years of experience working with individuals, couples and groups. I am classically trained in psychodynamic therapy, and am a proficient provider of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Using an eclectic mix of techniques and approaches, including mindfulness training, insight oriented and behavioral change strategies, I adapt my approach to suit the needs and personality of each client.
