My goal is to guide clients through self-exploration, self-awareness and resilience building that transforms them into self-reliant individuals. I integrate psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), DBT, relational, and mindfulness-based techniques tailored to specific needs. The therapeutic relationship is a partnership explored within a safe, non-judgmental environment, working at a pace that is comfortable for the client; we can explore short or long-term counseling. Together, we can work towards resolving feelings of sadness, anxiety, and understanding maladaptive patterns, gaining insight to change problematic behaviors
