I work with people who don't fit in a box, feel marginalized, or lack agency—queer, tattooed, or isolated due to abusive relationships—and worry that therapists won't understand their unique experiences. They may struggle with self-love and acceptance, yearning for a space where they can express themselves without judgment. I aim to gently challenge toxic patterns that may hinder their growth, helping them cultivate self-acceptance and a sense of belonging. Ultimately, they seek to embrace their true selves, connect with others who resonate with their journey, and find a supportive community that affirms their identity. I provide a compassionate space rooted in attachment theory and psychodynamic principles, helping clients uncover and address the underlying patterns affecting their relationships to Self and others. By integrating techniques from CBT, DBT, and trauma therapies (ART), I guide individuals and couples towards healthier connections and emotional well-being.
