Hi there, I’m Caitlin-I’m glad you’re here! I work with individuals, including first responders, veterans, and their families, who are carrying the weight of life’s challenges. Many of my clients experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or the lingering effects of trauma and PTSD. Often, they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and others. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and begin to rebuild a sense of balance and connection.
