I have extensive experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. I believe in the mind and body's ability to heal and bring you closer to health and wholeness. With pre-teens/adolescents, my collaborative approach incorporates the entire family as a healing agent. With adults and couples, I assist the self exploration process with the goal of helping you achieve desired changes.
