It is important that you feel you are able to express your thoughts and feelings, and have the freedom to explore the causes of emotional distress. We will work together to develop adaptive strategies for coping with difficult emotions and circumstance. At Inner Focus Psychotherapy; exploring new ways to make positive, long-lasting changes is an important goal.
