My name is Sauda Welch, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and intuitive healer who integrates mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual processes to support holistic healing. I believe each person already carries the internal resources needed for growth, and my role is to help clients reconnect with those strengths by addressing patterns and experiences that contribute to distress. I provide a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore emotions, build self-awareness, and engage in meaningful, lasting change through a collaborative and individualized approach. My approach blends insight with experience, offering practical ways to work with emotions and the body when words alone are not enough. I help emotionally overwhelmed clients create healthy distance through cognitive processing, while supporting more intellectualized clients in reconnecting with body-based emotional awareness through somatic techniques.
