I'm Marissa Campbell and the owner of a dynamic private practice called Inner Health and Healing in Ridgefield, CT. We offer individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling. We are a team of creative, compassionate, and knowledgeable therapists with experience in different areas including children, adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, neurodivergence and trauma. By utilizing creative approaches through the mind-body connection and holistic treatments, as well as, CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, we can help you by the best you and conquer your obstacles of growth and wellness. We can help through different platforms to remain accessible to our clients including telehealth and in person options.
