At Inner Strengths, we believe that ALL people have intrinsic worth, value and dignity and are equipped with INNER STRENGTHS. At Inner Strengths Counseling, we use evidence based techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to discover strengths and help find solutions.
