My ideal client is navigating life transitions while coping with work stress, anxiety, depression, breakup, empty nesting,or the pain of unresolved childhood trauma. They may struggle with poor coping mechanisms, ADHD, or intense trigger reactions that affect their relationships and sense of self. They want to heal from the past, manage current stress, and build healthier ways of coping. Regardless of gender or sexual identity, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, they seek a safe, affirming space to grow. At Innerpowerment, I help clients find balance, resilience, and uncover the inner strength already within them.
