Therapy is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself. Everyone has a past and carries some form of baggage with them. The issues from the past that remain unresolved impact multiple areas of our lives from our personal contentment to our interpersonal relationships. Once a client understands the underlying cause of their anxiety, depression, hurt, fears, etc., they can come to a place of acceptance and move forward minimizing the impact these issues have on the present.
