Hello, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of toxic family dynamics since 2006. I’m the founder of Insight Counseling Center, offering compassionate online therapy serving all of California. Many of the people we work with are high-functioning but exhausted — often the dependable ones in their families, workplaces, or communities — who’ve spent years holding it all together while neglecting their own emotional needs. Our clients are deep thinkers who are done tolerating old wounds, unhealthy relationships, and outdated survival strategies. We take a direct, compassionate, and practical approach to therapy.
