I have had the opportunity of working in the medical profession prior to my working as a therapist. I worked as a nurse in many disciplines and particularly psychiatry, learning how to treat mental health issues at the extreme of the mental health disorders. I am now working as an independent therapist and have worked primarily in the field of chemical dependency treatment and am presently treating clients in my private practice with diagnoses of chemical dependency, anxiety, depression, and other issues with mental health. I prefer to work collaboratively with clients where we, together develop a plan of care for client's goals.
