Welcome! We are experienced bilingual Mental Health therapists (English/Spanish). We know taking this first step is challenging but you have made it! We have vigorous passion for mental health, not just through our education and experience but also from research and life experiences that have been helpful in this field. Our goal is to ultimately educate clients on their concerns, symptoms and develop a plan and coping skills. Guiding the client towards growth and healthy behaviors through evidence-based approaches, self reflection, accountability and empowerment. We believe in true connections and that you are the expert of your story and hold many strengths. We take integrative and psychodynamic approaches, focusing on catering to the client’s needs. Our mission is to help you gain insight and self-awareness to help manage stress, anxiety symptoms, relationship issues, family conflicts, & self-development.
