Insights Counseling Group (ICG), is a non profit staffed with LMFT's, AMFT's, and Master's Level Practicum Students. Clinicians are trauma informed and offer individualized treatment plans areas in grief, maternal wellness, teen suicide prevention and family systems. Left untreated, mental health issues become compounded trauma. Insights offers EMDR, creative expression, & psychotherapy to help you normalize uncomfortable feelings and cope with changes and to further integrate trauma.
