My ideal client is an adolescent or young adult who feels overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or the pressure to be perfect. They might be struggling with depression, low self-esteem, school stress, or navigating complex relationships. Some may feel isolated, unsure of their identity, or burdened by social media and screen time. Others might be silently coping with the impact of a loved one’s addiction or an unstable home life. They want to feel understood, accepted, and supported. Their goals often include building confidence, improving emotional regulation, setting boundaries, and learning how to express themselves authentically. I help adolescents and young adults manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and the stress of growing up in a complex world. I offer a safe, supportive space for honest conversations, practical tools, and healing. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in real connection to help clients feel seen, empowered, and less alone.
