Hi there. I'm Debra. I'm a licensed mental health counselor, licensed clinical addictions specialist and a board certified Christian counselor. I grew up in a challenging family/neighborhood in the Boston area. I have worked to overcome my environment, and to become my best self. I believe in using my lived experience and education to help you do the same. Whether your struggling with depression, overthinking, family issues, alcohol/substance use, grief, trauma, work-life, boundary setting, self-esteem, self harm or suicidal ideas, I can help. (I counsel Christians and non-Christians). Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal. My genuine and authentic approach is designed to foster a sense of comfort and safety for you. I believe that establishing trust is the foundation for productive and meaningful therapeutic work. During each session, I offer understanding and compassion. My goal is to ensure that you have a safe space where you can share your concerns in comfort and peace.
