You look like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside your nervous system feels constantly “on,” shut down, or both. I help high-functioning women and professionals in New York (telehealth only) who feel stuck in chronic stress, anxiety, or survival mode, often after years of therapy, insight, and “doing all the right things.” Many of my clients understand their patterns intellectually, yet their body hasn’t caught up. You may say, “I know this, but I don’t feel it,” or “I’m exhausted from managing myself all the time.”
