Welcome to the Institute for Cycles of Life, otherwise known as ICOL - a special place where life and death are met with open arms. My name is Deb Torres and my main work is as a birth and death doula. Birth and death are often taboo topics in today’s society. There is fear and nuance which causes us to be unprepared when faced with these inevitable events. My goal is to help open minds to willingly come face to face with these global experiences.
