We're open to meet with individuals that are ready to work on their issues in a safe, caring environment. We offer a free consultation to anyone thinking about pursuing counseling to improve the quality of their life. Each counselor utilizes techniques from different schools of thought in session as needed, pulling from professional and personal experience to enhance the therapeutic process. We're prepared to help people with a variety of issues ranging from general life stressors, to relationship difficulties (personal and professional), and coping with severe symptoms of persistent mental illness. We're hiring: email for info. We apply techniques shown to be effective and are flexible to trying different and newer techniques learned through continued education. We offer 45-60 minute sessions, depending on payment method and insurance plan, with the freedom to work on multiple issues. We presently have in-office and video sessions for ease of access to services.
