We support individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, identity shift, and chronic overwhelm. Many of our clients come to us because they are wanting something more - whether its vibrancy, self-awareness, or skills. We help clients grow, heal, and create meaningful, lasting change. We specialize in approaches, including, but not limited to, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, re-parenting, and CBT that honor the connection between thoughts, emotions, and relationships, offering care that treats the whole person. We provide care at the intersection of human connection and evidence-based practice. Through helping you understand patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with a stronger, more grounded sense of self we provide mental health support that is more than just symptom relief (but don't worry, we do that too!)
