Life can be incredibly difficult sometimes. Let's work together to find practical solutions for you and relief from symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, C-PTSD, dissociative disorders, attachment or childhood trauma, overcoming narcissistic or emotional abuse, religious trauma, non-epileptic seizures (NES), functional neurological disorder, ADHD, or difficulties coping with complicated grief or major life changes. I am trained in EMDR and Trauma Dynamics (a somatic recovery model). I work with the individual goals of my clients and use strength-based goal-setting, DBT skills training, EMDR, health and wellness strategies for depression and anxiety, stress reduction techniques, ego state/parts work, and trauma-informed models for treating complex-trauma & dissociation.
