As humans we all feel "out of balance" at different times throughout our lives. This can quickly get away from us and snowball into larger issues. Sometimes, life feels like something that "happens to us" and disrupts our ability to self-regulate or grow beyond our current circumstances, leaving us feeling stuck. Most of us desire to feel empowered and able to grow beyond issues that leave us feeling "less than" or "incapable of growth."
