From life’s experiences, I am taught that all people have the opportunity to make choices in life. Given that particular freedom, some choose to do much and some choose to do very little. My core passion is to help people find and maintain mental and spiritual wellness and optimal mental health and to be able to experience and enjoy meaningful relationships in life. It is my pleasure to provide assistance, guidance, and positive regard to all who have not yet found the path to wholeness in life.
