I specialize in working with adults with complex trauma, PTSD, and depression, especially adults who would like to address blocked emotions and stuck beliefs related to transgenerational trauma. I have an eclectic, focused approach, with an emphasis in EMDR, EFT tapping, Brainspotting, and Ego State parts work. As of January 3, 2025, current openings are for intensives only.
