I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy services in the state of Florida via Telehealth. I offer compassionate psychotherapy treatment to individuals and couples dealing with depression/anxiety, relationship issues, or seeking help with life’s challenges. I'm able to provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other modalities with the goal of improving thought patterns and making behavioral changes to achieve lasting change and attain a more positive outlook on life.
