I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults—particularly those with Autism and ADHD—as well as individuals navigating chronic illness, disability, end-of-life concerns, and LGBTQ+ identity. I also support adult children of narcissistic or emotionally immature parents. As a neurodivergent, disabled, and queer person myself, I bring authenticity and deep understanding to therapy. I'm dedicated to creating an affirming space where clients can explore challenges, honor their unique ways of being, and celebrate their strengths while building meaningful lives aligned with their values.
