I work primarily with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent (autism/ADHD) individuals who may be dealing with a variety of concerns. These include: challenges related to neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, boundaries, emotional regulation, self-compassion, relationship/communication issues, and much more. Wherever you find yourself in life right now, I am ready to support you on your journey of growth! I will work with you to identify your goals for change, and the actions you can take to reach these goals. I am committed to making make my practice a safe, welcoming space for everyone I am an integrative therapist, which means that I tailor my approach for each client based on your specific needs, goals, background, and personality. My overall approach is active, collaborative, and focused on providing you with the support, skills, and tools you will need to be able to lead a satisfying life.
