As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and families heal from addiction, trauma, and life challenges. I am also a PhD candidate in holistic healing, which allows me to integrate both evidence-based practices and holistic approaches into my work. My clinical focus includes trauma, addiction recovery, and relationship dynamics. I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based treatment for trauma and PTSD, and I also offer Reiki energy healing as an additional holistic tool to support emotional and physical well-being. Whether you are navigating recovery, seeking clarity in your relationships, or looking for a safe space to process past trauma, my goal is to meet you where you are with compassion, authenticity, and practical strategies.
