Welcome! My name is Iqra, and I am a licensed mental health counselor! I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, children, adolescents and adults. My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, childhood behavioral issues, trauma, women's issues, postpartum depression and intercultural issues. My approach is eclectic, meaning that that I pull from a variety of modalities to create an individually tailored treatment plan for each patient.
