I maintain a calm and present approach with my clients, prioritizing compassion, validation, and personal growth. My primary goal is to guide clients in exploring their inner selves, facilitating healing and helping clients learn how to empower themselves. I believe it is a privilege for me to be in the position of a therapist and to be able to listen to my clients and support them through the hardships of their lives. My approach to therapy is integrated and very client-centered.
