Somehow, despite our childhood belief in fairytales and magic, life only seems to get harder as we grow older. My goal as a therapist is to help bring a little of that magic back by providing practical skills, processing difficult experiences, developing strategic solutions, and allowing you to guide each session in whatever way feels most fitting for you. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. I support clients in building emotional resilience and finding clarity amidst overwhelming chaos.
