About
I'm an Indigenous (Sugpiat and Anishinaabe), nonbinary, queer, currently non-disabled, covid conscious, justice-oriented provider. I believe therapy is not meant to "fix" or "solve," rather a place to be curious, explore, learn/unlearn patterns, and invite flow, grace and compassion. I primarily use a present-centered, relational, somatic-based approach, as well as center collaboration and consent, and acknowledge various ways intersecting oppressive societal structures shape us.
