If you are experiencing barriers that are keeping you from having a fulfilling life, I urge you to seek psychotherapy. I have worked in mental health and substance abuse agencies and have helped many people address painful issues. It is most rewarding to be able to guide people to a more satisfying life experience. I am experienced in crisis counseling, individual therapy, substance abuse and group work. I have training in PTSD, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindful Self Compassion. I use IFS and self compassion to address anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, relationship issues and other life challenges.
