Our society has and continues to go through many changes which lead to ongoing challenges. We have all experienced those challenges during and after the Pandemic. Many are still having difficulty adjusting. This is just one example of our changing society today and the impact it has on the present and the future. For some, each day poses a risk and therefore many find it difficult to function productively. It takes courage and strength to take that first step to seek therapy which would lead to a brighter future and a better understanding of who you are.
