About
I graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Masters of Science in Clinical Community Counseling. I offer a holistic and compassionate approach to care, supporting individuals and families through major life transitions. I carry over 10 years experience working with children and adults struggling with life transitions, family/relationship dynamics, anxiety, trauma, depression, and abuse. I also have extensive background serving families in the areas of adoption and foster care. I am also certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and specialize in working with new/expecting parents of newborns. With evidence-based practices & trauma-informed care, I empower individuals to overcome difficulties and achieve resilience through obstacles and pivotal moments. I approach clients understanding the interconnectedness of emotional, physical, and mental health, with cultural awareness and inclusive practices in a safe, judgement-free environment.
