I have a very integrative practice, using EMDR with Mindful Awareness in the treatment of trauma. Whether you suffer with symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, or poor self esteem, the EMDR process will help you to go beyond alleviating symptoms and help you to find a greater sense of purpose and satisfaction in the direction of your life. As part of an integrative wellness center, I teach meditation as well as provide psychotherapy. As consciousness evolves and healing occurs, I will help you see how the crisis becomes a doorway for growth beyond what you could have imagined.
