I am a UCLA and Pepperdine trained clinical psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of grief/loss and eating disorders. Dealing with grief and loss is one of the hardest things we have to do as humans. I use evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy to help clients cope with the emotional pain so they can process the loss in the best way possible and move forward with their lives. I also help people with eating disorders live their best life. I am the author of the bestselling book Foodaholic The Seven Stages To Permanent Weight Loss and am maintaining my own 60 pound weight loss for many years.
