Hello, my name is Irina Strekalova and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in a private practice in Arcadia, CA, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in treating depression, trauma, anxiety, stress, life transition difficulties, relationship problems using different approaches to help client to achieve their goals. I assist clients through life transitions and challenges that lead to depression, anxiety, decreased self-confidence, relationship problems, or negative behaviors they would like to change.
