I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 12 years of clinical experience. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and addiction. I earned my degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, and I have worked in a variety of settings, including schools, substance abuse facilities, and psychiatric hospitals, with individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds.
