Throughout my work with adult individuals, common themes include: mood and anxiety disorders (at times correlated with bipolar or BPD diagnosis), LGBTQ+ experiences, ethnic minority and bicultural experiences, identity exploration, neurodivergence, complex trauma, relationship and communication issues, codependency and attachment patterns, significant life transitions, self-esteem challenges, perfectionism, and burn out (especially in high-paced corporate or tech environments). And sometimes, folks simply feel like 'something' in their life needs to shift.
