Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already carrying a lot. My goal is to offer a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported as you work toward meaningful change. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, burnout, self-esteem, etc. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.
