My name is Irisdomar Santiago and I'm a bilingual (Spanish/ English) Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. My experience as an Outpatient Therapist in the community mental health provided me with the opportunity to work with diverse populations and mental health conditions. My approach in therapy is guided by offering a non-judgmental space, where you can share your story. I believe that each person deserves respect in their unique process, and if you allow me to, I can meet you where you're at with compassion and understanding. My therapy style is warm, encouraging, accepting, and dynamic. My mission as a clinician is to foster mental well-being. I'm trained in the following treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Trauma Focused, Cognitive Processing (CPT), Dialectical (DBT), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), and Strength-Based approach.
