My goal is for an individual to leave better than he/she came. The first step is admitting there is a problem and the second step is seeking help and I would like to be the third step in helping you resolve your issues with a successful outcome. My experience consist of helping individuals with mental and substance abuse issues, anxiety, self esteem, anger management, and behavioral issues for the past ten years.
