As a clinical social worker, my role is to create a supportive and compassionate environment where clients feel heard, understood and accepted. I utilize an eclectic approach that integrates psychodynamic and schema therapy. Through the exploration of unconscious patterns and early life experiences, clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and gain insight into the underlying causes of their distress.
