I am passionate about working with clients living with the effects of trauma, recognizing that finding the right therapeutic connections is a critical first step in healing. My personal and professional experiences have uniquely prepared me to support clients in creating meaningful, transformative life changes. As a counselor I believe in the power of researched based interventions combined with genuine compassion and deep empathy to help individuals navigate their most challenging experiences. I further developed my clinical expertise by completing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology where I gained advanced skills in trauma-informed care.
