Hablo Español. Are you having a tough time with your adolescent? Everything you have tried just isn't working and you need something to change because your family can't keep going like this? Maybe you are an adult and you are feeling stuck, anxious, or depressed and you too need something to change. My clients are families, youth, individuals seeking relief and healing from painful circumstances, but desire to reconnect with their strengths, reclaim their voice, purpose, self worth, move toward functioning at their highest potential. Change and growth can often be difficult but you don't have to go through this alone. For 8 years I have worked with adolescents, families, and individuals dealing with history of trauma, anxiety, self-harm behaviors, school problems, issues of defiance, life transitions, addiction, and co-parenting difficulties. As a parent it can be painful to see your child face difficulties and feel overwhelmed to figure out how to help them.
