Hi, I’m Irrin! My practice is about helping people feel more connected to themselves. Life can get heavy; stress, the weight of past experiences, relationships, changes that throw us off track. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out the next step. I don’t focus on what’s “wrong.” I care about who you are today, what you’ve been through, and what’s possible moving forward. Whether it's because you've gone through some really hard things or because daily life just feels harder to manage, our goal is to find purpose, solutions, and comfort.
