I work with teens, adults, and couples as they move through the challenges of relationships, life transitions, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, questions of sexuality, self-esteem, and identity. In our work together, my hope is that you feel genuinely met, seen, heard, and supported just as you are. My style is warm and collaborative, but also more direct when it’s needed. I believe honesty and clarity can be just as healing as compassion, and I strive to offer both. I draw on evidence-based practices while also weaving in creative approaches like art and somatic therapy when they can bring deeper insight or healing.
